ACYA Web Forum 2020 is a three session webinar organized by ARCASIA Committee on Young Architects. The program aims to continue knowledge sharing among country members amid the traveling restrictions due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The theme chosen is relevant to the current pandemic. Through rigorous promotions, the webinar is well subscribed, which eventually translates to a good participation rate. The webinar garnered more than 400 participants across multiple streaming platforms. It was hosted via Zoom Video Communications and Facebook Live.

In the second session, Ar. Fawad has shared his practices’ new working method that includes smart task monitoring and remote meetings. He managed to bring global solutions to the local context of Pakistan.

All speakers interacted with the participants trough their posted questions during the session. However, additional questions that have not been covered during the session, was directed to the respective speaker for their response after the event. The speakers presentation slides were individually emailed to each registered participant via email. Exit polls from all three sessions indicated positive sentiments from the participants. Hence, a second season of the webinar is highly anticipated. These efforts have improved ACYA visibility and effectiveness as a knowledge sharing platform.
